Now Employee Owned!

Founded as National Specialties in 1978 we quickly grew to one of the Northwest’s largest Promotional Products distributors. Long before the internet our sales force reached from Western Washington to Montana and south to Oregon. It reached a maximum of 22 full time route type sales team members. With the arrival of the internet our sales activity evolved and adapted to take best advantage of this new business model. Over the years we expanded our services both nationally and internationally to cultivate and maintain very long-term relationships with national companies such as Roman Meal Bread, The Kirk Company (then the worlds largest grower of Christmas Trees) and Russell Investment Group. The relationship with Russell lasted 15 years during which time we worked directly and indirectly with the offices in all eight countries they were represented in.

After three unsuccessful attempts to sell the business between 2020 and 2022 I made what turned out to be on of the best moves of my business career. Rather than just shut it done and slide into retirement I decided to turn it into employee owned. At this point a name change seemed appropriate to better represent our ever-evolving business model.  Today the team is known as Frontline Specialties and virtually every face that greats you as you enter the store is an owner with an owner’s desire and dedication to serv.  Welcome to our on-line store.
